For over 30 years I have served Monroe County, northern Ontario and Livingston Counties, and western Wayne County. I have worked with first-time buyers to high-end properties, including waterfront. My goal is and has always been to serve the needs of my customers.

Review the entire home buying process and help select the other professionals needed--attorney, mortgage lender, home inspector, etc.

Help determine a price range based on mortgage lending policies, personal budget, and current interest rates.

Calculate monthly payments, down payment, and closing costs.

Review the approximate income tax savings of the mortgage payment to estimate the after-tax cost.

Provide information about new listings to drive by or preinspect prospective homes.

Arrange for and accompany on tours of homes.

Review recent sales data to help determine the fair market value before writing a purchase offer.

Prepare the purchase offer and related documents.

Negotiate for the best terms and conditions based on 30 years of experience.

Serving Home Sellers

Review the home selling process and help select the professionals needed.

Review recent sales data to determine current market value and pricing strategy.

Recommend home improvements to increase market value and appeal.

Enter the listing in the regional multiple listing service and the Internet for maximum exposure.

Prepare a color brochure highlighting the property’s features.

Place ads in local media to attract prospective buyers.

Conduct open houses if desired.

Provide feedback from prospective buyers and other agents who have seen the property.

Recommend price adjustments when necessary.

Negotiate for the best terms and conditions based on 30 years of experience.
